Chaos Band Plank DB/KB Row

The DB row is normally performed with a flat bench, placing the apparatus of tour choice on either side that you desire to work. You'll place one leg on top of the end of the bench, make sure your torso (upperbody) is parallel from the floor and place the opposite hand on the bench for support.

We also have the renegade row, which is normally performed wrong.
Either way I'm tired of doing those basic variations. Here's a great variation people won't do because it's not what they are used too.

Anyways, what the two variations above don't give us is the daunting challenge of the core, the single arm strength needed to stabilize your body while performing a DB or KB row. Due to the instability of the chaos band hold, you must have enough hand, wrist, arm and shoulder strength, in addition to effecient motor control to perform a DB row.

The important thing is to remember you cannot loose control. It's two ways to perform it, try and keep the band over the chest. If you can't that's fine, if its a little extended it just test your single arm, rowing and core strength even more.

For those who say why would I do this? Well it's a row and there are many sports that require single arm strength, in addition it might help you on your loaded carries. This row variation also recruits the traps and back musculature more than what you expected you just got to do it.
